Job Role: Web Designer

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design user interfaces and experiences for SaaS products, focusing on B2B clients in the IT services industry.

- Design and develop websites with a focus on user experience

- Create visual designs and layouts

- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams

- Ensure responsive and user-friendly design

- Optimize websites for performance and SEO

- Stay updated with web design trends and tools

- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and media queries.

- Develop responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes.

- Create landing pages that effectively communicate brand message and drive conversions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the development process.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design.

- Design and develop visually appealing web pages.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

- Ensure website usability and accessibility.

- Collaborate with developers and content creators.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

- Conduct research to understand client needs and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet those needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the overall product strategy.

- Develop expertise in multiple UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

- Ensure excellence in all aspects of UI/UX design work by adhering to best practices and guidelines.

What will you do?

1. Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.

2. Testing and improving the design of the website.

3. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

4. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.

5. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.

6. Working with different content management systems.

7. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

8. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.

9. Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.

10. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
