We are looking for a driven and dynamic Team Lead in Mumbai to manage our sales team targeting migration services for premium clients. This is a key leadership role where you will guide and oversee Sales Managers, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers responsible for selling immigration and citizenship services to premium clients.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
  • Set clear performance goals and regularly monitor the team's performance through KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Ensure that Sales Managers are maintaining strong, warm relationships with clients throughout all stages of the process, offering high-touch client service.
