We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Professor to join our Physiotherapy Department, specializing in the Orthopaedics stream. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Physiotherapy (MPT) with a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in both clinical practice and academic. This role involves advanced teaching, research, and leadership within the orthopaedic specialization.

Responsibilities

* Teach and lead advanced undergraduate and postgraduate courses in orthopaedic physiotherapy, manual therapy, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

* Develop, review, and refine curriculum and course materials to maintain high academic standards.

* Mentor and guide junior faculty, research scholars, and students on their academic and professional development.

* Fulfill leadership roles within the department and participate in academic and administrative committees.

Qualifications

* MPT (Master's in Physiotherapy) with a specialization in Orthopaedics. A Ph.D. or equivalent is highly preferred.

* Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in orthopaedic physiotherapy, with a combination of clinical, teaching, and research experience.

* Proven track record of teaching excellence, research publications, and presentations at national/international conferences.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
