Role: Product Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for new investments and partnerships needed in AI space

Identify latest market trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities within the AI and technology space.

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to evaluate potential opportunities.

Develop use cases, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations for investments.

Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with Airtel’s business objectives.

Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to drive mutual growth and value.

Innovation & Focus on AI:

Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and related technologies.

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI capabilities into Airtel’s product offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, technology, sales, marketing and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Facilitate effective communication and alignment between stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze the performance of investments and partnerships.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and impact.


Qualifications/Strengths:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Experience in strategy, market analysis, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic investments and partnerships, preferably within the tech or AI sector.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in understanding and evaluating emerging technologies, particularly AI.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
