The company is 32 years old and is based in Chh Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad, Maharashtra). We have leading multinational clients like IKEA and Decathalon and other global names.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Product Development at Savera Group (Engineering Division) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The role involves overseeing the product development process, leading a team of product managers and developers, defining product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation. Working knowledge of some of these softwares is also helpful: Solid Works, Auto CAD and UG Software

QualificationsProven experience in product management and developmentDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinking and business acumenBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fieldExperience in the technology industry is a plus
