We're hiring a "Production Head"


Experience 10+ years of experience in Diamond Jewelry Production to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee production planning, raw material management, and process improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring high performance and meeting targets.
  • Implement Production Planning and Control (PPC) techniques for efficiency.

  • Production Planning: Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet customer demands and align with company goals.
  • Raw Material Management: Oversee procurement and inventory of raw materials, ensuring quality and timely availability.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Communication: Maintain communication with merchandisers, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflows and address issues promptly.
  • PPC Techniques: Utilize advanced Production Planning and Control (PPC) methods to optimize schedules and resource allocation.
