The Role

As a Manager, you'll be responsible for the recruitment delivery, relationship management and annual budget within a complex client solution. You'll support the Senior Manager & Client Operations Director in driving the achievement of the business area's commercial and people strategy.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Accountable for clearly communicating Strategic Account Vision and Plan to team.
  • Ensure they understand the account's commercial model, and their role in helping achieve its strategic priorities and KPI targets.
  • Coach and develop direct reports or dotted line reports through ongoing one-to-one performance and development conversations.
  • Support Recruiters in the resolution of complex and contentious issues with clients, ensuring all escalations are resolved promptly.
  • Determine and manage optimal resource allocation to support the talent strategy of the business area.
  • Build strong and influential trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead team in the delivery against targets, budget and SLAs.
  • Work closely with the Performance Management CoE to monitor the team's Key Performance Indicators and forecasts. Identify trends and issues, and influence delivery strategy using data-led insights.
  • Manage the scope, governance and compliance of the contract through team activity. Identify and tackle scope
Skills & Experience

You'll need:

  • Minimum 12 years of work experience
  • Should have end-to-end recruitment for roles in theInvestment Banking and BFSI domains - non-technical recruitment, finance, compliance, or similar domains.
  • Exposure to recruitment analytics to track, analyze, and report on metrics related to hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and other key performance indicators.
  • Must have experience in a highly structured, process-oriented company, ideally a global MNC.
  • Prior experience leading a recruitment team/ project, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage team members.
  • A consistent career trajectory with no significant gaps in employment.
  • Proven ability to handle difficult stakeholders, adapt to complex requirements, and drive hiring outcomes effectively.
