Purpose of the Position:

To partner effectively with sales and corporate leaders, driving business success through the sales team, ensuring closure of budgeted manpower requirements, leadership hiring and overseeing smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.


Key Responsibilities:


1. HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations:

  • Facilitate induction, sales training, and cross-functional orientations.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and address grievances.
  • Coach average performers to achieve targets.
  • Enhance employee retention through a positive work environment and manage sales incentive schemes.


2. Attrition & Exit Formalities:

  • Manage attrition, ensure timely exit of non-performers, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Implement counselling to improve employee retention.


3. Recruitment:

  • Understand the Frozen Food business value chain and address hiring needs proactively.
  • Define TA Framework, assist hiring managers with job descriptions, and establish a strong employer brand.
  • Oversee the TA process, plan technology integration, and execute recruiting strategies.
  • Promote workplace diversity, improve candidate experience, and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and induction processes.
