What we are looking for:
Must Have:
ECC 6.0, SAP NETWEAVER 7.5, 7.3 and Solution Manager 7.2 : Installation, upgrade (release and version) and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of HANA Database administration, DB and client installation and upgrades
BOBJ systems installation, upgrade and troubleshooting
S4HANA conversion, migration, upgrade and troubleshooting
Good to Have:
Good experience in Basis tasks, should be able to provide solution/consulting on Basis issues
Working knowledge of production support projects w.r.t incidents, service requests and RCA
Expectation from the role:
SAP Basis support on incidents, outages and service requests
Plan and handle tasks independently
Collaborate with other teams in providing solutions to customer issues and requests until closure
ITSM knowledge/experience - Incident, Service, Change, and Problem management
Strong oral and written communication skills with a positive can-do & self-starter attitude
