Job Description :

What You'll Do :

- You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Mobile applications.

- You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the design and implementation of React Native applications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices, overcoming technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement.

- Own and build next-generation Web applications which are efficient, reusable Front end abstractions and systems.

- Define and drive the technical strategy for Mobile development, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

- Architecting application for complex use cases while maintaining the simplicity of Code. Ensure high standards of Code quality through Code reviews, Automated testing, and adherence to Coding standards

- Ensure applications are performing to scale.

- Identify and address technical challenges, Optimizing performance and Scalability of Mobile applications.

- Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes.

- Quick turnaround in feature developments and bug fixes.

- Understand user feedback to incorporate changes in the Website/Mobile design.

- The role involves mentoring junior engineers on design and proper Coding practices.

Skills & Experience :

- B.E/B. Tech from Premier Institutes with 5-12 Yrs of experience in UI Technology stack.

- Hands on and Deep expertise in React-Native, Mobile Development, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 and experience with libraries and Frameworks such as React, Angular, Ember, etc

- Expert in Coding, Design, Problem Solving of Computer related problems, Data Structure and Algorithms etc.

- Deep understanding of browser internals and exposure to the Network stack and common Design patterns followed in Front-end projects.

- Excellent experience in contributing to High Scalable, large Transactions, Optimization projects,

- Strong background in App Development from scratch,

- Excellent in Product Architecture and Coding and Technical Design,

- Well versed with authentications and authorization of cookie-based sessions

- Good understanding of Engineering practices such as Deployments, Release Management, etc

- Should have sound knowledge in Computer Science fundamentals like Data structure, Object-Oriented programming and possess excellent communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Good experience in building scalable Web applications preferably from e-Commerce or start-up backgrounds.

- Mobile Development experience in Android

- On top of trending UI technologies and willing to contribute back to the open-source network
