Dear Candidate,We have an opening for a UI Lead at the Bengaluru location with an immediate joiner.Position: UI LeadLocation: BengaluruExperience: 8+ years Job Description :Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline with minimum 8 years of industry experience. 8 -12 years of experience in the design and development of building highlyResponsive UIs with seamless Product experience. Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns Excellent proficiency in front-end technologies – ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modular CSS, Redux, webpack, babel, UI debugging skills, UI Design patterns, integrating with APIs, Figma or similar design tool for UI-Mocks. Logging & amp; Monitoring tools like Quantum Metrics, Splunk, Grafana etc. Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability. Ability to lead a group through an architectural development process and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Understanding of frontend security and performance. Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members Experience in deploying solutions on any of these cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) Work exposure on Agile methodologies and DevOps would be added advantage CI/CD Automation experience with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins & Azure DevOps Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – including facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodology.
