Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced AGM & DGM inTalent Acquisition specializing in Sales & Business Development and Commercial/Purchase/Supply Chain Management to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting high-energy, dynamic top talent from B-Towns in these specialized fields. You will use various channels to source candidates and manage the entire recruitment process.

GM HR/ President/ CEO 

Location: Kharagpur, West Bengal 

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Recruit high-energy, young, dynamic top talent from B-Towns in Sales & Business Development and Commercial/Purchase/Supply Chain Management. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Establish partnerships with top international and national agencies for global recruitment.

Candidate Screening and Selection:

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

Interview Process Management:

Prepare interview questions and evaluation criteria. Participate in interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers. Coordinate and facilitate candidate assessments and testing, if applicable.

Employer Branding:

Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a DGM/AGM role specializing in Sales & Business Development and Commercial/Purchase/Supply Chain Management.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously. Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Age Limit: Candidates should be under 35 years of age.
