Assistant Store Manager

Note: Preference will be given to those with backgrounds in interior design, architecture, or similar home-related fields.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Exceeding Sales Budget Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty Converting Project Business through Interior Designers & Architects
Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience Maintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines. Expanding HNI Database - Customer data to be well collected, updated & maintained Defining strategy actions to attract new customers and old customers more often
Job Profile:
- Education. Bachelor / Masters Degree / Diploma (Sales / Retail Sales)
- Experience: 4 plus years of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brands.
- Languages: Fluent English & Hindi
Skills required:
- Organized & process oriented
- Brand Image Concerned
- Ability to write reports
- Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.
- Strong computer & analytical skills
