1. Manage the Tisva brand store and deliver higher standards of retail experience
2. Be instrumental in business growth at the store maintaining the gross margins and profitability
3. Provide innovative lighting design solutions to the customer and facilitate the product selection process
4. Focus on the key drivers of the business sales value, focussed products and healthy gross margin; lead
by examples in high-end professional retailing
5. Ensure merchandising, hygiene and display at the store as per standards. Manage the experiential zone
within the store that compliments the lifestyle of the customer

MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Business Plan Achievement
Ensure achievement of the sales target of the brand store
Maintain higher standards of visual merchandising, product displays and
customer experience at the store
Conduct various activities leading to enhanced demand generation and
customer engagement at the store including new product launches and
festivals
¢ Maintain gross margins and profitability at the store promote feature based
and premium selling rather than discounting products
¢ Visit project sites and give product presentations to the architects, influencers
and customers
¢ Offer lighting design solutions to customers and facilitate the product
selection process
¢ Create the customer need around the product range
¢ Work closely on the prospects generated through customer visits at the store
and follow-up with them regularly to ensure maximum conversions.

¢ Implement BTL activities at the store that enhance customer footfall and
response
¢ Roll-out various customer education programs through the store
¢ Maintain cordial and working relations with architects and interior designers
who visit the store
¢ Organise engagement programs in brand store towns to enhance the
confidence of key influencers, architects and IDs in the brand and tap
business opportunities. Drive relationship programs effectively
¢ Ensure regular market scanning through the associate to capture updated
information on sites and influencers
¢ Introducing the organisation and brand Tisva to new architects and IDs
through emails
¢ Track sales trend at the store and review the performance indicators regularly
stocks (fast & slow moving), repeat orders and expenses
¢ Maintain and update competitor information regularly for benchmarking
¢ Review the productivity of the Lighting Store Promoter as per the productivity
norms

¢ Develop Billing Order Quantity (BOQ) for clients
¢ Maintain correlation between primary and secondary billing of the store
¢ Submit all the reports and MISs on the pre-decided frequency and intervals
¢ Ensure that showroom is compliant to all the legal and statutory requirements,
shops & establishment Act, local market rules, etc.
¢ Ensuring that showroom is properly secured, and adequate measure /
systems are in place to negate the risks of pilferage, wastage and damage.
¢ Ensuring employees working in the store are provided with a safe and clean
environment.
¢ Seamless coordination with the local support team Sales Administration,
Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Service for smooth running of the store
¢ Providing regular feedback to HO on any new market development /
competitor activities / improvement in the existing product range / service
delivery / POSM for enhanced customer satisfaction
