The OpenLink Endur Consultant will play a key role in providing technical expertise and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of OpenLink Endur, a leading energy trading and risk management (ETRM) software solution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commodity trading and risk management concepts, coupled with hands-on experience in Endur implementation and customization.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation and Configuration :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ETRM solutions using OpenLink Endur.

- Configure Endur modules, workflows, and interfaces to meet the specific needs of clients.

- Customize screens, reports, and workflows as per project requirements.

- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the stability and functionality of configured solutions.

System Integration and Data Migration :

- Integrate Endur with other enterprise systems such as market data providers, trading platforms, and accounting systems.

- Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to Endur.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define data mapping and transformation rules.

System Administration and Support :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Endur installations, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations as necessary.

- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.

Business Analysis and Process Improvement :

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within the Endur system.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and propose solutions to enhance trading and risk management workflows.

- Participate in the design and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting OpenLink Endur ETRM solutions.

- Strong understanding of commodity trading and risk management concepts, including physical and financial trading, hedging strategies, and market risk analysis.

- Proficiency in Endur administration, configuration, and customization.

- Experience with Endur integration with external systems and data sources is highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Certification in OpenLink Endur or relevant ETRM certifications is a plus.
