Qualification and Experience Requirement:

  • MBA/ Post Graduation in project management / technology or master’s degree in relevant field.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in consulting/project management preferably in ESG.
  • DPR preparation for central / state government agencies / ULBs / PSUs.
  • Must have developed project monitoring dashboards and portals for government departments.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Must have prepared policies, strategies, rules, regulations, and schemes for ULB or state/central Govt. departments.
  • Knowledge of the global and Indian ESG market.
  • Expertise in ESG benchmarking and reporting frameworks like CFD, GRI, UNPRI, SASB, DJSI/S&P, CDP, BRSR etc.
  • Experience in leading and developing large scale government projects.
  • Expertise in developing standardized data collection tools for all performance indicators of the program in consultation with the technical team and relevant stakeholders.
