Role & Responsibility

(Details of the roles & responsibility)

1. Oversee Content Requirement and create content deliverable across customer life cycle Top, Middle and Bottom Funnel/re marketing, Post acquisition, Customer Attrition, Cross Sell, etc.

2. Creating and maintaining editorial calendar, style guides, taxonomies, metadata framework and content migration plans

3. All digital platforms to be managed for content development Website, Blogs, Publications, Aggregators, Partners, Social Media, YouTube, Email, SMS, etc.

4. Accountable for end-to-end performance of content strategy

5.Identify and execute content opportunities to create rich and relevant content to boost SEO performance

6. Identify ambiguity/gaps in the user journey and suggest content corrections to overcome the same

7. Track new trends in content engagement across industries

8. Measurement of effectiveness of content implementation

9. Identify and implement tools and automation solutions

10. Content promotion on various internal, group and external channels to drive traffic.

11.Track competition initiatives and device strategies to beat the benchmarks

12. Use of Voice, Video and Vernacular content to extent the presence of brand across.

13. Write/edit scripts for consulting doctors and patient counselors.

14 .Coordinate with influencers as part of the influencer marketing project to proofread scripts and write engaging content.


***CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT***

1. Work Exposure: Minimum 5 years of experience in implementable content for online channels

2. High level thinkers with ability to convert management goals into actionable plan.

3. Project management experience

4. Proficiency in communication with ability to engage and simplify content for customers. The candidate should be able to convert product nuances into engaging content for the end users

5. Ability to communicate a compelling brand story into various formats including text, video, graphics, audio, multimedia

6. Understanding of SEO and SEM preferred

7. Ability to maintain focus on timeline and goals without compromising on the quality of deliverable.

8. Language abilities: English
