Thisis a fulltime onsite role for a Showroom Manager at Automobileindustry located in Pokhara and Birtamode. The Showroom Managerwill be responsible for overseeing daytoday operations of theshowroom ensuring customer satisfaction providing excellentcustomer service and experience and driving sales. The ShowroomManager will also manage and supervise showroom staff maintainshowroom appearance and handle customer inquiries andconcerns.
Responsibilities:
- Developand implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthlyquarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conductregular customer behavior analysis to understand preferences buyingpatterns and market trends.
- Conduct thoroughanalysis of lost sales opportunities identifying key reasons andareas for improvement.
- Gather and analyzemarket intelligence data to stay informed about competitors markettrends and customer demands.
- Oversee thepayment collection process ensuring timely and accuratetransactions.
- Establish and nurturepartnerships with external entities for exchangetieups.
- Plan and execute belowtheline (BTL)activities to increase brand visibility and drive showroomfootfall.
- Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with Banks Financial Institutions (BFIs) and otherfinancing partners especially with Branch managers RelationshipManager
- Ensure the showroom maintains highcleanliness standards to create a positive and welcoming customerenvironment.
- Foster a positive andcollaborative work environment providing leadership and support toensure the team achieves individual and collectivegoals.
- Collaborate with other departments tostreamline operations and resolve any interdepartmental issuespromptly.
- Manage and coordinate the activitiesof drivers and office supportstaff.
Criteria:
Bachelorsdegree in any relevant field.Minimum 4 yearsof Experience in AutomobileIndustry.
