We're Hiring: Amazon Account Manager

Are you an Amazon expert passionate about optimizing performance, solving challenges, and scaling operations? We're looking for a detail-oriented
Amazon Account Manager
to join our team and take charge of key account operations and optimizing Amazon accounts across both
Seller Central and Vendor Central
.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Growth

  • Conduct
    account audits
    to assess current performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize
    Amazon PPC campaigns
    , improving ad efficiency and ROI.
  • Optimize
    catalogs and product listings
    for a better customer experience.
  • Develop
    data-driven strategies
    based on performance insights.
  • Collaborate with Amazon support teams to resolve complex catalog and account challenges.
  • Provide
    monthly updates and strategic recommendations
    to stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute
    quarterly growth projections
    with internal teams.

Operational Account Management

  • Manage
    Capacity & Storage limits
    and improve
    IPI Scores
    .
  • Oversee
    shipments, replenishment forecasting, and reconciliations
    .
  • Handle
    prep & label appeals, case management, and FBA returns
    .
  • Resolve
    stranded, blocked, or unsellable inventory
    issues.
  • Drive
    fee optimization
    (measurement appeals, removals, damaged inventory).

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with
    Amazon Account Management
    (Seller & Vendor) & FBA operations.
  • Strong knowledge of
    PPC Advertising, Catalog Management, and Listing Optimization
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    FBA operations
    including capacity, inventory, and case management.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on optimization and growth.
