Role Description This is a full-time on-site Field Officer role located in Kheda. The Field Officer will be responsible for managing on-ground operations, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and maintaining communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, implementing improvement strategies, and addressing operational challenges promptly. Qualifications Strong operational management, site monitoring, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and documentation Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills Organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field Prior experience in a field officer or similar role is preferred Location: Nayka Kheda, Gujarat Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical or relevant) Employment Type: Full-Time ( fresher can apply, 3years of experience)
