The Field Officer will be responsible for managing on-ground operations, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and maintaining communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, implementing improvement strategies, and addressing operational challenges promptly.QualificationsStrong operational management, site monitoring, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in reporting, data analysis, and documentationExcellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skillsOrganizational abilities with attention to detail and time managementKnowledge of compliance and regulatory standards is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related fieldPrior experience in a field officer or similar role is preferred📍 Location: Nayka Kheda, Gujarat🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical or relevant) 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time ( fresher can apply, 3years of experience)
