We are seeking a seasoned Senior Equity Dealer to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate will play a critical role in facilitating equity transactions and managing relationships with key clients. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years of work experience in equity trading and related domains.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in equity trading with a minimum of 7 years in the financial industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Proficiency in derivatives trading, ensuring effective client solutions and portfolio strategies. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong client relationship management skills to build and maintain long-term connections. (Mandatory skill)
- Comprehensive knowledge in market analysis techniques to interpret and respond to market trends.
- Ability to implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard client portfolios and mitigate potential losses.
- Expertise in trade execution, ensuring precision and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Solid skills in portfolio management, with the capability to optimize client investments.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Experience in sales/business development in share broking or wealth management.
- NISM certifications (such as Series V-A and Series VII) preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
