Responsibilities
- Acts as a strategic partner to assigned clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their market and business sectors and their specific challenges and opportunities.
- Provides thought leadership, insights, and perspectives that support client initiatives and align services and solutions with client needs.
- Applies continuous improvement to existing processes.
- Maintains existing business relationships with assigned clients by staying closely connected to internal project teams, monitoring the progress of ongoing client projects, and helping to address and resolve any issues or problems.
- Leads the development and delivery of innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities.
- Seeks to increase revenue by translating assigned client's challenges into opportunities to sell additional products and services across the company portfolio and drive revenue growth.
- Creates strategic, innovative programs that address client goals including identifying opportunities and obstacles, creating insights and ideas, and executing programs with great quantifiable success.
- Coordinate day-to-day customer operations aside from supervising delivery managers, project managers, and other team members. Implement strategic initiatives, develop/ re-use best practices, and ensure that deadlines and standards are met.
- Leads teams in resolving issues while complying with service-level agreements.
- Keeps a sharp eye on open customer issues and step indirectly when they reach critical levels. In addition, regularly informs executives and relevant heads about any major issues/ concerns.
- Ensures client retention is maximized by facilitating the delivery of custom-tailored solutions to meet clients’ objectives and expectations.
- Promotes a culture of trust, equality, collaboration, and opportunity within teams and, the department.
- Plan, direct and coordinate activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished.
- Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team.
- Give out performance evaluations and collaborate with HR to design training programs/ IDPs.
- Is a “subject matter expert” in the client’s business (insurance) and leading the team in understanding and applying this information to strengthen the client's work.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in leading technical teams
- Experience in handling and delivering large digital transformation / QA/ COTS / Data projects
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management
- Good Knowledge of the Insurance Domain and a Solid understanding of insurance applications and processes
- Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required
- A high degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
