What We’re Looking For:

  • D2C & eCommerce Expert: You’ve helped eCommerce brands grow exponentially through paid media strategies.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong understanding of media planning and audience-first campaign strategies.
  • PPC Powerhouse: Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You know how to analyze campaign data and unlock ad performance potential.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: You’re resourceful, innovative, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Hard Worker: You’re self-driven, results-oriented, and ready to hustle to achieve client success.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Winning Ad Strategies: Create high-impact media buying strategies for Meta and Google platforms that align with client goals.
  • Optimize Campaigns: Continuously refine account structures, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and keywords to maximize ROI.
  • Media Planning: Use advanced audience segmentation and targeting to deliver precision-driven campaigns.
  • Data-Backed Decisions: Leverage analytics tools to monitor, report, and improve ad performance across platforms.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to craft conversion-driven campaigns.
  • Client Success Focus: Ensure all campaigns deliver exceptional results, exceeding client expectations consistently.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer in the eCommerce or D2C industry (2+ years preferred).
  • Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong understanding of conversion campaigns and scaling strategies for growth-stage brands.
  • Exceptional skills in data interpretation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
  • A degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
