Business Development & Key Account Manager
To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts in the Staffing domain and AI Solutions. This role blends strategic business development with hands-on client relationship management to deliver customized talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (40%)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company goals
Account Management (30%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Understand Client staffing & AI Solutions needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure timely fulfillment of positions and maintain high client satisfaction
- Conduct regular review meetings and performance updates with clients
Reporting & Strategy (30%)
- Monitor metrics and resolve bottlenecks
- Track sales performance, client feedback, and placement ratios
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership
- Contribute to strategic planning and service improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in staffing/recruitment BD or account management
- Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, temp, RPO, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
