Role & responsibilities

  • Providing help and advice to visiting customers in case any help they ask for.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face.
  • Managing complete club operation with the help of ground team.
  • Managing events and notice board promotional activities
  • Taking Club/Hall Bookings and its record keeping. Event Management
  • Taking care of Housekeeping, technical, security and horticulture day to day operation to ensure smooth cub operation.
  • Issuance of the Club passes to ensure no unauthorized entry In the club house. Maintaining the record.
  • Checking and verify the vendor staff attendance on day to day basis.
  • Liaise with Security team in case of lost and found and communicate with customer.
  • Carry out receiving feedback from residents of any complaint or event.
  • All sports area, Gym area to be maintaned and ensure all equipment working condition. Get it repaired if issue observed.
  • All maintenance related activities to be carried out. Prepare and maintsin the works schedule
  • Help in possession activities wherever required.
  • Other responsibility as decided by the management.
  • Preparing and sharing monthly MIS report with activities.
