We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Java lead to join our team with over 9 years of experience working in enterprise-level java applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong technical leadership: guide the team, perform code reviews, unblock technical issues, and predict risks.

Optimize performance of Java applications for efficiency and scalability.

Ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code by following best practices.

Contribute to design and define/review implementation details of the features handled by the team

Strong design patterns knowledge

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure goal alignment.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout development.

Consistently meet deadlines and project commitments.

Actively engage in all development stages from planning, execution, delivery and support.

Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve coding practices.
