About the role
As an Associate, Business Development you’ll be working directly with the founding team on business expansion and sales related matters.
Major responsibilities:
Acquaint yourself with LilacBuds’s product offerings and present those to the potential clients (as per their individual needs)
Develop and consistently monitor a solid pipeline of potential clients
Draft potential client engagement plans
Regular follow-ups with the potential clients to ensure quick closures
Work in close proximity with the marketing team and provide suggestions to ensure quality lead generation
Qualifications:
Interested in Education Industry with an advanced acumen for sales
Experience of working in the Education Consulting/Test Preparation industry for a minimum of 6 months is considered a plus
Ability to understand potential client requirements and offer customised solutions (keeping in mind LilacBuds’s product offerings)
Commendable communication skills (both verbal and written)
Self-starter with an ability to work independently in a team environment
Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
