Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team in Pimpri, Pune. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about courses/programs, and ensuring smooth enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents on admission procedures, course details, eligibility, and career opportunities.
  • Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads effectively.
  • Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in organizing admission events, seminars, and open houses.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in counselling, student advisory, or academic sales (education industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work under deadlines.
  • Open to both male and female candidates.
