Job OverviewThe candidate will be responsible for verification of medical equipment’s, working experience onmedical device testing will be an added advantage.Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties- System/Subsystem/Software Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of systems, subsystems, and software with a focus on the healthcare domain, leveraging over 5 years of experience in the field.- Test Case and Script Management: Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts for functional and regression testing, ensuring thorough coverage and reliability of test scenarios.- Electronics Hardware and Communication Protocols: Work with electronics hardware and possess a strong understanding of communication protocols relevant to medical equipment.- Medical Equipment Testing: Utilize healthcare domain knowledge to conduct rigorous testing of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that software meets user requirements and is delivered within the stipulated timeline.- Defect Management: Manage the entire defect lifecycle, including raising new defects, performing defect analysis, and following up to ensure timely closure.- Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interaction skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders.- Industry Experience: Leverage previous experience in MedTech or a similar industry to bring valuable insights and best practices to the testing process.Minimum Requirements- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in the system/subsystem/software testing field in healthcare domain.- Create and maintain test cases and test scripts for functional, regression testing.- Experience in working with Electronics hardware and understanding on communication protocols.- Healthcare domain knowledge with the experience of working on medical equipment’s testing.- Collaborate with other teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on time.- Responsible for Defect management which includes raising new defects, defect analysis and follow up to the closure of the defect.- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective.- Understand business goals and specifications thoroughly.- Good communication and interaction skills- Previous experience from company in MedTech or similar industry.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong and proven technical and communication skills- Strong cost awareness- Ability to establishing trust, collaborating, driving innovation and performance.- Analytical thinker and creative problem solver- High level of integrity and sense of responsibility
