JobSummary:

VLCC is seeking anexperienced and dynamic Center Head to lead and manage our center.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health andwellness excellent leadership skills and a proven track record ofmanaging teams and achieving business targets. You will beresponsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring highqualitycustomer service and driving business growth.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • OperationalManagement:

    • Overseethe daily operations of the center ensuring smooth and efficientfunctioning.
    • Implement standard operatingprocedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company policies andregulations.
    • Manage inventory supplies andequipment to maintain operational readiness.

  • TeamLeadership:

    • Recruittrain and manage staff including wellness consultants therapistsand administrative personnel.
    • Foster apositive and collaborative work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provideconstructive feedback and coaching.

  • CustomerService:

    • Ensure ahigh level of customer satisfaction by maintaining serviceexcellence.
    • Address and resolve customercomplaints and issues promptly and effectively.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements toenhance the client experience.

  • BusinessDevelopment:

    • Developand execute strategies to achieve business targets and driverevenue growth.
    • Identify new businessopportunities and expand the center's clientbase.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performanceand adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

  • FinancialManagement:

    • Prepareand manage the center's budget ensuring costeffectiveoperations.
    • Monitor financial performance andimplement measures to achieve financial goals.
    • Prepare regular financial and operational reports forsenior management.

  • Marketing andPromotion:

    • Plan andexecute marketing campaigns to promote the center’sservices and products.
    • Collaborate with themarketing team to develop promotional materials andstrategies.
    • Organize events workshops andseminars to attract new clients and retain existingones.

  • Compliance and QualityControl:

    • Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanlinessthroughout the center.
    • Implement qualitycontrol measures to ensure the highest level of servicedelivery.
Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration Hospitality Management Health and Wellness or arelated field.
    • A master’s degree oradditional certifications in management or wellness is aplus.

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Center Head OperationsManager or similar role in the wellness hospitality or healthcareindustry.
    • Experience in managing a team andachieving business targets.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team managementskills.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities.
    • Strong organizationaland multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in usingmanagement software and tools.
