Job Summary: RNR INFRA is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida . As an HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a special focus on roles in the real estate sector . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to build a pipeline of skilled professionals that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
Develop and execute effective strategies to attract high-quality talent for roles in the real estate domain, including sales, marketing, project management, and administrative positions.
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pool.
Job Descriptions & Candidate Assessment:
Collaborate with department heads to create detailed job descriptions tailored to specific real estate roles.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company objectives.
Employer Branding:
Promote RNR INFRA as an employer of choice within the real estate industry by leveraging social media and professional networks.
Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
Database Management:
Maintain and update a candidate database for future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Compliance & Coordination:
Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference verifications, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience in hiring for roles such as real estate sales agents, property managers, and project managers.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
