We are seeking an experienced Safety Engineer with strong expertise in Industrial and Community Safety. The role requires overseeing workplace and community safety practices, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and promoting a culture of safety through proactive monitoring, training, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and systems in line with statutory and organizational requirements.
  • Oversee industrial safety measures across facilities, including plants, workshops, and infrastructure.
  • Implement community safety initiatives for residential areas, hostels, and common facilities within the estate/campus.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
  • Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate fire safety, emergency preparedness, and disaster management programs.
  • Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies on safety compliance.
  • Organize and deliver safety training, awareness programs, and toolbox talks.
  • Maintain records, reports, and statutory documentation related to health and safety.
  • Support sustainable practices and continuous improvement in safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Industrial preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Industrial and Community Safety.
