Snippet Commerce 360 Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, particularly within the e-commerce sector. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing business processes and data to help drive the success of our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for e-commerce projects.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Process Improvement :
Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Analysis :
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Project Management :
Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication :
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
Documentation :
Create detailed business requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all business analysis activities and deliverables.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
Experience with complete order flow, buy flow, campaign management, promotions, pricing, catalog management, and third-party vendor integrations.
Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Preferred :
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
