Perform sandbox customizations to tailor Oracle HCM Cloud applications to business requirements. . Configure and manage workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals. . Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM modules. . Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and implement new features as needed.
