Job Summary:

  • Interface designers work towards creating a cohesive visual world for Republic TV across various digital touchpoints such as websites, apps, social media, and broadcast.
  • Interface designers are responsible for creating visual design solutions and applying the right aesthetics to aid functionality and usability.
  • Interface designers conceptualize and chart out an approach that helps solve a problem or improves an existing experience for the user.
  • Emphasis is laid on the approach, methodology, and craft used to achieve the same.
  • Interface designers research, reference, and constantly keep up with popular culture and trends.


Requirements:

  • You have worked on projects on website design, mobile, and web applications.
  • You are well acquainted with all aspects of the experience design process – from research and data analysis to the nuances of information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes to designing interactions and user interfaces.
  • You have experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop and understand when to apply specific tools and methods.
  • You possess a strong knowledge of fundamental graphic design skills involving composition, colour, and typography. You are also well-versed in branding and identity design.
  • You thoroughly understand user journeys and experiences and can collaborate with UX researchers to better understand user needs, solve problems, and improve upon existing experiences.
  • As a creative person, you bring a strong point of view and are willing to learn new things.
  • You possess a keen eye for design and aesthetics and an exceptional eye for detail.
  • You constantly keep yourself up to date with popular culture, trends, and techniques integral to your craft.
  • Candidates who can join within 15 days would be preferred
