Job Description:


We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX

Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces

while also ensuring an exceptional user experience across our digital platforms. You will

collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business

requirements, translating them into engaging and user-friendly designs.


Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications,

ensuring seamless navigation and user interaction.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and

understand user requirements and business goals.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and

enhance the user experience.

Create wire-frames, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and

concepts.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency

and scalability across platforms.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve

the user experience.


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and

process.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability

best practices.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate

design concepts and rationale.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
