Learn more about our Financial Advisory PracticeYour work profileAs an Executive assistant in our Transaction Services team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure office is organized and well-maintained.Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.Handle requests and queries appropriately.Requirements:3 to 6 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.Discretion and confidentiality.Desired qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Experience in handling travel arrangements and expense reports.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Strong commercial acumen and market awarenessExcellent written and verbal communication skills Location and way of workingBase location: BangaloreThis profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.Hybrid is our default way of working.
