CMCThe Global Publishing Platform is the software suite used to create and distribute more t

han200,000 stories annually across 60 websites in multiple languages. You will be working with

thepublishing platform teams to deliver against key projects and initiatives on our 2024 roadmaps. This includes specialised focus on custom implementations within our GraphQL data, site search APIs, content management systems, front-end user experience tooling and design system, taxonomy understanding, web application rendering and SEO optimization. This role will work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver technically challenging projects across content planning, creation, packaging and distribution of conte

teams- Responsible for leading proactive project communication with internal and external stakeho

lders- Set up and lead project delivery meetings, organising rituals, workshops, and status meetings/re

ports- Participates in meetings with colleagues across disciplines to better understand their work and g

oals.- Delivers against OKRs as a framework for prioritisation, performance and defining clear outc

omes.- Partners with product and engineering leaders to plan and track overall goals of initia

tive.- Works across cross functional teams to understand and manage dependencies on task

s anddevelops a project delivery plan that has buy-in from leaders across all t

eams.- Owns project artefacts in Google, confluence, JIRA and wiki and maintains these as

sets.- Owns delivery outcomes at a project level with minimal oversight req

rements
- You will have 8-10 years of experience managing project initiatives in an agile software dev

elopmentenvironment in the Product or Technology field, ideally in the Media or publishing I

ndustry.- Experience operating as a scrum of scrum master or scru

m master- Proven track record of delivery of complex projects or small-scale

programs- Detailed understanding of IT best practice frameworks (ITIL, LEAN, AGILE) and experience managing software delivery projects using Agile metho

dologies- Experience working with Publishing Tools and Platform and having led Content Management System (CMS) projects/p

rograms.- Proactive in leading and owning risk management while delivering world-class digital features and fu

nctions.- Demonstrates leadership in managing competing priorities and dependencies simultaneously, and ability to deliver in a timely fashion where feature launches are tied to revenu

e goals.- Self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to deliver results-oriented

outcomes- Highly collaborative and able to effectively communicate technical concepts to different au

diences.- Capable of building trusted relationships and shows proven success in leading and neg

otiatingpriorities and supporting informed decision-making across at all levels of the orga

t teams.- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and virtualization tech

nologies- Knowledge of Data Privacy, access controls, security audits, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR,

HIPAA).- Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation such as system architecture diagrams, design specifications, user manuals, API documentat
