Documentation & Data Coordinator
.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain all 
    project documentation
     (material records, work progress, site reports).
  • Update and manage data for timely submission to 
    head office
    .
  • Work with 
    Excel and digital tools
     for data entry, formatting, and reporting.
  • Assist project managers with 
    document control and compliance
     requirements.
  • Ensure smooth communication between site and head office.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in 
    MS Excel, Word, and email communication
    .
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle structured documentation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Freshers are welcome
     – training will be provided.
  • Prior documentation/admin experience is an advantage.

 
Location:
 Kudankulam, Tamil Nadu – 
Nuclear Power Plant (under construction)

 
Employment Type:
 Full-time

 
Salary:
 ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

 
Accommodation will be provided
