Key Configuration and Customization :


- Design and implement complex configurations and customizations within the Guidewire platform, including data model extensions, rules, workflows, and integrations.


- Develop innovative solutions to address specific business requirements and technical challenges, ensuring scalability, performance, and Design and Optimization :


- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into detailed design specifications.


- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing Guidewire configurations, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and Leadership and Mentoring :


- Serve as a subject matter expert on Guidewire capabilities and best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.


- Lead technical discussions and workshops with clients and internal stakeholders, offering insights and

recommendations to support informed Assurance and Testing :


- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of Guidewire configurations and customizations to ensure adherence to requirements and specifications.


- Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and facilitate resolution in a timely Learning and Innovation :


- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in insurance and software development, incorporating new knowledge and skills into design solutions.


- Drive innovation and thought leadership within the organization, contributing to the development of reusable assets, tools, and :


- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.


- Experience in Guidewire configuration and customization, with a focus on PolicyCenter, Claim Center, or BillingCenter.


- Extensive knowledge of Guidewire architecture, data model, and configuration tools, such as Guidewire Studio and Configuration Console.


- Strong proficiency in Java programming and web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) with hands-on experience in Guidewire integration development.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.


- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.


- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and engage with clients at all levels.


- Guidewire certification(s) preferred (e.g., Guidewire Certified Professional, Guidewire Certified Skills : Guide wire, Advanced Product Designer
