We are looking for an experienced user product designer to join our team.

You will build intuitive, beautiful, and meaningful SaaS products in the Martech space.

You will be part of a highly collaborative group of creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional product teams including product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and marketing managers.


What You Will Do :

  • Own all aspects of SocialPilot product design and user experience strategy/ lifecycle from end to end.
  • Work directly with PMs and engineers to define product specs and turn them into highfidelity prototypes and mockups that deliver a delightful user experience.
  • Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to crossfunctional partners and stakeholders.
  • Take on ownership and steer the direction of evolving our existing internal design system.
  • Plan, organize and conduct interaction & interface design user testing.
What Are You Like :

  • At least 58 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS conducting User Tests and highfidelity prototypes.
  • Experience using Figma to deliver mockups that can be shared with customers and converted into highfidelity prototypes.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to develop strategy and reasoning behind design features.
  • You're comfortable and passionate about working in a startup environment that will give you the opportunity to have more ownership over your work.
  • You're eager to drive impact and cultivate the longterm vision for our product.
  • You can collaborate effectively with a small (but mighty) internal team of passionate individuals from various backgrounds.
  • You're datadriven and resultsoriented.

Good to have :
Experience designing self-service SaaS products as well as mid-market / enterprise user workflows.
