Finance Management: Ensure budget controlling by fiscal control. Ensure smooth cash flow & Billing. 2. Financial Reporting: Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Present financial results, variances, and trends to senior management for strategic decision-making. Annual finance and budget control for financial year target 3. Budget Management: Identify organization goals and vision and incorporate them in FY budgeting Collaborate with department heads to develop project budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide recommendations for cost optimization. Analyze budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed. 4. Accounts Receivable and Payable: Supervise and streamline accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments. Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital. 5. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Establish and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks. Ensure on time statutory compliance submission and payments. Handle audits and ensure zero non conformances 6. Taxation: Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations. Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize the company's tax position. Ensure tax compliances met timely without Interest/Penalty by taxation authorities. Complete tax related returns are filed without penalty levied. 7. Banking: Ensure professional relation with banks. Classification: Confidential Ensure banking hassle-free and minimum charges for different services availed from bank. Timely BG Preparation. 8. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance and accounts team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development. The Successful Applicant Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification CA Proven experience (17+ years) in finance and accounts roles within the infrastructure or construction industry. Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budget management, and accounting principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
