Job Description Designation: Finance Associate (Finance & Accounts) Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site) About Us: AKMV Consultants is a boutique financial service provider and an investment banking firm founded in the year 2018. It offers full range of services such as HR advisory, warehousing solutions, Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate finance, Government Policies, Government incentives, fund-raising, debt restructuring, strategy, implementation, and strategic advisory services. AKMV follows integrated advisory approach that draws upon its own strength in providing strategic and tactical expertise. Job Description: We are seeking skilled preferably Chartered Accountant to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial activities including working on government policies. As a Chartered Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Government Policy: Government policies framework and ensuring benefits arising out of Government policies. 2. Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards, and legal requirements. Present financial reports to management, clients, and other stakeholders as necessary. 3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections. 4. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, ratio analysis, and trend analysis. Identify key financial indicators and provide insights to aid decision making processes. 5. Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices. Pursue continuous professional development opportunities and share knowledge with colleagues. Qualifications: 1. Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred. 2. 2-3 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role. 3. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. 4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. 5. Expert Level accounting knowledge Requirements 1. Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred. 2. 2-3 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role. 3.
