Job Summary: Charity Fundraising Analyst / Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate hands-on Charity Fundraiser to join our customer success team. The Charity Fundraising Strategist will analyze, strategize, and implement fundraising initiatives for charitable organizations. This role combines data-driven insights, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to drive impactful results. The ideal candidate will have expertise (while using modern technology tools) in retail fundraising, peer-to-peer fundraising, volunteer fundraising, crowdfunding, building and executing fundraising strategies. The candidate should also understand remote culture, timezone challenges, and working for domestic or international charities remotely. This job will require the candidate to work during the time zones of the charity.

Role Overview: As a Charity Fundraiser, you will work closely with our charity partner's teams to create and implement fundraising campaigns, manage relationships with donors, and drive revenue growth for the organization. The successful candidate will be committed to making a positive impact and dedicated to the mission of the charity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Analysis: Assess current fundraising strategies using data and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strategy Development: Create tailored, mission-aligned fundraising plans, leveraging emerging technologies like AI and digital platforms.
  • Technology Implementation: Optimize and manage fundraising technologies to enhance donor engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute compelling digital campaigns to increase visibility and donor contributions.
  • Campaign Management: Lead multi-channel fundraising campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring impactful results.
  • Donor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring personalized and timely communication.
  • Corporate & Volunteer Engagement: Foster corporate partnerships and volunteer involvement to amplify fundraising efforts.
  • Revenue Innovation: Explore and implement new revenue streams, including recurring giving and online retail opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proven experience in retail fundraising, crowdfunding, peer-to-peer fundraising, volunteer fundraising, fundraising strategies, and event management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to measure fundraising performance and optimize strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, understanding remote culture, and timezone challenges
  • Flexibility to work during international work schedules
  • Passion for the charity's mission and commitment to making a positive impact
  • Willingness to travel overseas to the charity location

Compensation:

  • Base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
