What You Will Own

Ensure the highest quality of software through efficient testing practices, emphasizing automation to speed up the process, and promoting a quality-first mindset across the team. By collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders, identify and resolve issues, streamline workflows, and continuously adapt to new technologies to enhance testing efforts, ultimately delivering more reliable products faster.

Experience You Should Bring

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and Playwright.
• Skilled in Python, , JavaScript, and Java, with practical knowledge of SQL.
• Proficient in TestNG and CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experienced in using JIRA and Git for test management and version control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Expertise in API, services, and UI testing.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments (AWS, OCI, etc.).
• Good knowledge of system architecture, networking, and operating system fundamentals.
• Experience in non-functional testing (performance, load, etc.) with tools like JMeter and K6.
• Ability to create documentation for automated processes, including test plans, procedures, and test cases; skilled in building test automation frameworks.
• Actively explores and implements AI/ML-driven solutions such as automated test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent automation suggestions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and plans across multiple testing phases.
• Perform both manual and automated testing, including:
• Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT
• Exploratory, Cross-Browser, and Cross-Platform testing
• Performance testing using JMeter and UI performance validation with WebDriverSampler
• Build and maintain automation scripts with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• Conduct API testing with Postman and validate backend data integrity using SQL queries.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirement understanding and full test coverage.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and manage assets with Git.
• Track, manage, and report defects and test progress using JIRA.
