About the Role

We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing and hands-on experience using AI-powered tools and LLM models. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, executing, and maintaining test automation frameworks while leveraging modern tools like GitHub Copilot, Curse.AI, and AI-driven QA practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in Python, Selenium, Playwright, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust and scalable testing solutions across applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Python, Selenium, and Playwright.
  • Integrate and optimize automation testing within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Leverage LLM models, GitHub Copilot, Curse.AI, and other AI-powered tools to accelerate test case creation, debugging, and defect prediction.
  • Ensure high-quality test coverage for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Analyze test results, identify bugs, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt AI-driven QA innovations to improve efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright for web automation testing.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Exposure to LLM models and AI-powered QA tools such as GitHub Copilot, Curse.AI, etc.
  • Solid understanding of automation testing frameworks and QA methodologies.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in QA automation engineering, with proven expertise in Python-based automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a quality-first mindset.
  • Experience in AI/ML-based testing or AI-augmented QA workflows is a strong plus.
