- Good exposure of SF solutions & Architecture

- Valuable experience of defining & executing appropriate strategies, operating & delivery models

- Good experience of developing people and managing their performance & aspirations to maximize the business outcome by applying division of labor by comparative advantage.

- Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Capable to own the delivery and get the expected business outcome delivered.

- Should possess understanding of CI/CD and DevOps

- Excellent verbal and written communication
