Role Summary:

Manages production activities to meet output targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to optimize resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily production schedules.
  • Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure product quality through in-process checks and final inspections.
  • Maintain production records and generate reports.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support audits and ensure GMP compliance.

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc/B.Tech in Agriculture, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 15+ years in agrochemical or fertilizer production.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and lean manufacturing practices.
