POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Technology will be crucial to the Healthcare RCM organization's technology innovation and leadership. His main duties will be as follows:
Software solution development and delivery, making sure that initiatives satisfy quality requirements and are in line with the organization's strategic goals.
To promote software excellence and operational efficiency, technical oversight, team management, and cooperation with cross-functional departments are essential.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES / JTBD
Developing and implementing technological strategies and roadmaps that correspond with the company's goals
Leading and leading a number of software engineering teams, cultivating an environment of creativity cooperation, and continuous improvement.
Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software products and services.
Working with product management, design, and other stakeholders to guarantee effective product launches.
Ensuring that best practices for development, testing, and deployment are followed, as well as maintaining high software quality standards.
Budgetary management, resource allocation, and project prioritization for the software engineering department.
Mentoring and growing team members through hiring, training, and performance review. Staying up to date on developing technology and industry trends and incorporating them into the organization's operations.
Facilitating communication and collaboration with in the engineering team and between departments to meet business
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or twelve or more years of work experience.
Strong experience in software delivery for Healthcare and RCM domains.
Experience in designing and architecting solutions with .NET, SQL Server, Power BI and understanding of key architectures related to coaching, scaling, redundancy and replication.
Desirable to have worked/implemented NLP/ML solutions.
Very strong experience is developing Front End applications with SOA back-end
Experience in managing product and feature launches to a large user base.
